Monica has a passion for knowledge of the physical, mental and emotional approaches to assist activating an individual`s own natural healing mechanisms.

Monica has been practising as a Registered Massage Therapist for sixteen years. Her massage treatment focus is relaxation and therapeutic to both body and mind.

Her approach with massage therapy is in hopes to stimulate the relaxation part of the nervous system (parasympathetic NS) in a calming way allowing both body and mind to reset naturally. This is accomplished by adjusting her techniques and pressure in response of the individuals’ comfort and the feedback of their muscles.

Monica really enjoys helping individuals through massage therapy, and decided to further explore adjacent modalities that assist the exploration of the mind and spirit through yoga and life coaching.

Monica has been practicing yoga for sixteen years and has taught for 13 years.

Monica attended a Life Coaching program at Centre for Applied Neuroscience (CAN) in 2013.

On her spare time, Monica enjoys hiking, meditation, laughing, reading, cooking, gardening, travelling, learning neuroscience and somatic therapies and discovering new places and activities.
